The Course
Located in Eagle Creek State Park in Lake Shelbyville, The National, sports a beautifully challenging 6,900 yard course. The layout was engineered by Ken Killian, and enhanced by Michael Benkusky in 2010.
To challenge golfers of all abilities, we've added five sets of tees to every hole. And to further enhance your game, highly knowledgeable golf professionals are always on hand to assist you.

In 2010 BMDD Resorts Corp., began maintaining, managing, and enhancing The National. By August, a new bridge had been constructed on hole 13, a new cart barn was constructed, electric carts were added, and eight sand traps had been rebuilt, and new sand added to all bunkers to offer more consistent play. On September 17, 2010, The National Golf Golf Course offically was reopened after being closed for more than a year by court order.
